The RSI-6125N\W03 isolator acts as an emergency switch and main isolator, guaranteeing effective protection of the installation against overloads and short circuits. Its design allows disconnecting the circuit in a visible and reliable manner, which is particularly important during maintenance or repair work. The rated continuous current of 125A and the ability to operate at voltages up to 690V make it suitable for a wide range of applications – from industrial installations to commercial buildings. The ability to work with asynchronous motors (up to 30kW at 400V) further increases its versatility.

Construction and parameters

The isolator is characterized by a solid, fixed construction. The connection of the main contacts is made using screw connections, ensuring a durable and reliable connection of the wires. The lack of switchable auxiliary contacts and a built-in motor drive simplifies the construction, increasing its resistance to failure. The ability to withstand a short-circuit current of 7.5kA (conditional) and 25kA (with gL/gG 125A fuse) confirms its high resistance to extreme operating conditions. The IP20 protection class provides protection against accidental contact, but does not protect against the effects of water or dust – therefore, appropriate operating conditions must be ensured. The knob mechanism allows for quick and reliable switching on/off of the circuit, and the inability to re-engage after a short circuit (non-disconnectable) increases safety.
