This surface-mounted fire alarm push button OP1 is a reliable tool for manually activating the fire alarm. Designed for wall mounting, it is perfect for industrial buildings, public facilities and anywhere where an immediate response is required in the event of a fire. Model OP1-W01-A\10-230 is equipped with an LED indicator powered by 230VAC, which visually confirms the alarm activation.

Design and functionality

The button made of durable plastic, with dimensions of 113 x 113 x 52 mm, ensures durability and resistance to external conditions (IP65 protection class). Equipped with protective glass, it prevents accidental activation of the alarm while enabling quick action in an emergency. This model belongs to type A – after breaking the glass, the button is automatically released, which facilitates and speeds up the alarm activation process. Thanks to this solution, even an untrained person can effectively report a fire.

Application and compliance with standards

The OP1 button complies with the PN-EN 54-11 standard, which guarantees its high quality and reliability. It has an approval certificate No. 2266/2014 and an EC certificate of conformity No. 1438/CPD/0130. It can be used in various alarm systems, and its versatility allows for easy integration with existing infrastructure. Connection cables with a cross-section of 2x 1...2.5 mm² (solid wire) or 2x 0.75...1.5 mm² (stranded wire) ensure a safe and stable connection to the electrical installation. The continuous rated current is 10A, and the rated switching current in category AC-15 is 2.5A (at 230V) and 1.6A (at 400/500V). In category DC-13, the rated switching current is: 4A (at 24V), 1A (at 110V) and 0.25A (at 220V). The rated insulation voltage U i is as high as 500V.
