Construction and operating principle

The button is made of durable plastic, and its red housing provides high visibility even in low light conditions. The device dimensions (113 x 113 x 52 mm) allow for easy installation and integration with existing infrastructure. Model OP1-W01-A\11 is a self-resetting version (type A according to PN-EN 54-11) – after breaking the glass, the button returns to its original position, which facilitates the later replacement of the triggering element. The device has a total of one normally closed (NC) and one normally open (NO) contact.

The OP1 fire alarm is used in various facilities, such as industrial buildings, public utility buildings, and office buildings. It meets the requirements of the PN-EN 54-11 standard, which confirms its effectiveness and reliability in fire alarm systems. It has a certificate of approval No. 2266/2014 and an EC certificate of conformity No. 1438/CPD/0130. It is designed to work with wires with a cross-section of 2× 1...2.5 mm² (solid) or 2× 0.75...1.5 mm² (stranded). The rated insulation voltage is 500V, and the rated continuous current is 10A.

Additional information for installers:

When choosing current circuits, consider the button type (A or B). In model A, the NO contact opens after breaking the glass, and the NC contact closes. SP22\10 (normally open) and SP22\01 (normally closed) contacts are also available, which can be mounted in the device housing. Remember to replace the broken glass (PPOŻ-5701\P01) after triggering the alarm!
