Manual fire alarm – quick reaction in case of danger
This surface-mounted, automatic fire alarm button OP1 is a reliable solution for initiating an alarm in the event of a fire. Designed for use in industrial and public spaces, it provides a quick and effective notification of danger. This model combines the functionality of a manual alarm with a clear LED indicator, making it easier to identify alarm activation.
Design and operation
The button is made of durable plastic, resistant to mechanical damage. It has an IP65 protection rating, which guarantees its tightness and resistance to dust and water – an ideal solution even in harsh environmental conditions. Model OP1-W01-A\21-24-M is characterized by automatic reset after glass breakage (type A according to PN-EN 54-11), which means that after breaking the cover, the button returns to its original position. It is equipped with two connections (1 normally closed and 1 normally open) and an LED indicating the alarm status powered by 230VAC voltage. The included hammer makes it easy to quickly activate the alarm in an emergency.
Installation and application
The button is designed for surface mounting, which makes it easy to install on existing walls. Connection wires with a cross-section of 1…2.5 mm² (solid) or 0.75…1.5 mm² (stranded) ensure a solid connection to the electrical installation. The device meets the requirements of the PN-EN 54-11 standard and has a certificate of approval No. 2266/2014 and an EC certificate of conformity No. 1438/CPD/0130, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. It is widely used in offices, production halls, schools, hospitals and other public facilities requiring a reliable fire alarm system.
Worth knowing: When choosing the current path, consider type A – after breaking the glass, the normally closed circuits open and the normally open circuits close.
