This surface-mounted fire alarm push button OP1 is a reliable element of the fire alarm system, designed for both commercial and public applications. It provides effective manual alarm activation when a fire is detected. The construction with a red, durable plastic (IP65) guarantees resistance to environmental conditions and long-term functionality. The model is equipped with two independent contacts and an LED indicating the alarm status powered by 230VAC. The included hammer facilitates the replacement of the glass element after the alarm is activated.

Functionality and application

The OP1-W01-A\20-230-M button is a type A device – after breaking the glass, the button is automatically released, simplifying the alarm activation process. Thanks to this solution, even in a stressful situation, operation is intuitive and does not require additional actions. The intended use includes a wide range of facilities: from industrial buildings, through offices, to public spaces. The ability to connect to various alarm systems thanks to two contacts (NO/NC) increases its versatility.

Construction and technical parameters

The housing made of high-quality plastic ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The IP65 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and water jets, allowing installation in various environmental conditions. The button has a protective glass to prevent accidental triggering of the alarm. Connection cables with a cross-section of 2x1...2.5 mm² (solid wire) or 2x0.75...1.5 mm² (stranded wire) ensure a safe and stable connection to the electrical installation. The device meets the requirements of the PN-EN 54-11 standard, confirmed by the approval certificate No. 2266/2014 and the EC certificate of conformity No. 1438/CPD/0130. The rated insulation voltage is 500V and the rated continuous current is 10A.
