This surface-mounted fire alarm button OP1 is a reliable solution for fire alarm systems in public and industrial buildings. Equipped with three independent terminals and a signalling LED powered by 230VAC, it provides effective and visible alarm information. The included hammer (OP1-W01-A) facilitates the replacement of the fragile element, i.e. quick, after the alarm is triggered.

Construction and functionality

Made of durable plastic, the button is characterized by high resistance to environmental conditions (IP65 protection class). The red housing ensures good visibility, and the presence of protective glass prevents accidental triggering of the alarm. This model is type A – after breaking the glass, the button is automatically released, which facilitates a quick response in an emergency. The LED indicates alarm activation, which is especially important in large facilities or in low visibility conditions.

Application and compliance with standards

The OP1 button is designed for surface mounting and is ideal for anywhere where manual initiation of a fire alarm is required. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 54-11, which guarantees its reliability and effectiveness. It has a certificate of approval No. 2266/2014 and an EC certificate of conformity No. 1438/CPD/0130. The possibility of configuring current paths (normally open NO, normally closed NC and mixed NC/NO) allows you to adapt the device to the specifics of the alarm installation. For example, NO circuits open after breaking the glass, and NC circuits close – enabling various configurations depending on the needs of the system.
