Design and operating parameters

The switch is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees its long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Adapted to a rated insulation voltage of 690V and an impulse withstand voltage of 4kV, it effectively protects the installation against overloads and short circuits. The continuous rated current is 25A, and the rated switching current in categories AC-21A/AC-22A is 20A at different voltages (230/400/500/690V). This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications – from simple lighting circuits to more demanding industrial installations.

The rated insulation voltage is 690V, and the withstand impulse voltage is 4kV. The continuous rated current is 25A, and the rated switching current in categories AC-21A/AC-22A is 20A at voltages of 230/400/500/690V. The rated switching power in category AC-23A is: 3.5 kW at 230V, 6 kW at 400V, 7.5 kW at 500V and 10 kW at 690V. In category AC-3, these values are: 2.5 kW (230 V), 4 kW (400 V), 5 kW (500 V) and 7.5 kW (690 V). The rated short-time withstand current is 0.25 kA, and the permissible short-circuit current – 0.34 kA.

Installation and resistance to external conditions

The switch is easy and intuitive to install thanks to the standard mounting to the panel (31/□36). The IP65 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and water jets under low pressure, allowing it to be used even in harsh environmental conditions. The device retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. In addition, it is characterized by high resistance to vibrations and mechanical shocks. Mechanical durability of up to 3 million switching cycles ensures a long service life even with intensive use. The cross-section of the connection cables is from 1 to 4 mm², and the tightening torque of the terminals is 0.5 Nm.
