This 25A rated cam switch is a reliable solution for switching and disconnecting electrical circuits. The design allows for base mounting (model B), making it easy to integrate with existing installations.

Functionality and Application

The switch allows for the implementation of various connection programs depending on the knob position. Therefore, it finds application in enclosures of low-voltage electrical installations, as a switch, disconnector, transfer switch or control switch. The ability to choose the rotation angle of the knob (30°, 45° or 90°) allows you to adapt the functionality to specific needs. The rated power for AC-3, at 400V is 13 kW, making it suitable for medium-power loads.

Construction and Durability

The housing made of durable plastic provides protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The IP65 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and moisture, allowing operation in harsh industrial conditions. The switch is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C and meets the requirements of PN-EN60947-3 and IEC 60947-3 standards. Additionally, it has been tested for resistance to vibration, impact, damp heat and salt mist – confirming its high quality and reliability. The continuous rated current is 25A, and the mechanical endurance is as high as 3 million switching cycles – guaranteeing long-term and trouble-free operation. The connection of the main contacts is made using a screw connection, which ensures a secure and stable connection of wires with a cross-section from 2.5 mm² to 6 mm².
