Rotary cam switch 25A – reliable direction of rotation switching

This rotary cam switch, with a rated current of 25A, is a robust solution for switching the direction of rotation of motors. Equipped with an L-0-P configuration, it provides versatility in industrial and machine applications. The OB3 enclosure guarantees high resistance to external conditions, and the IP65 degree of protection protects against dust and moisture.

Construction and operating parameters

The switch is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +70°C, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Mechanical endurance of 3 million switching cycles ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Designed for base mounting, which simplifies integration with existing installations. The rated switching power in category AC-3 is 7 kW at 230V and 13 kW at 400V, and in category AC-4, 6 kW and 8 kW respectively. The conventional rated short-circuit current is 13 kA, providing effective protection against the effects of short circuits.
