This SK80 cam switch, which is also an isolating switch, is a solid solution for professionals and demanding users. Designed for operation in enclosed spaces (pollution degree 3 – industrial application), it offers a wide range of configuration options and applications in various electrical installations. Its segmented construction with double cams allows for the creation of individual connection programs tailored to specific needs.

Construction and application

The SK80 switch is available in several mounting versions: for the panel (P), on a TS35 rail (BS), in an enclosure (OB17, OB18) and for built-in installation (D). The SK80-3.8368\P08 model is a panel version with a yellow/red plate and a lockable knob, providing additional safety. It is designed for switching the direction of rotation of three-phase motors, switching off motors with load (AC3, AC23), connecting resistive loads and heating elements. It will also be useful in transformer switches and welding equipment, as well as a component of motor starters (star-delta).
