Functionality and application

The box offers six control positions, providing full control over crane movement. It includes an emergency stop button (1NC), a START button (1NO), and two-stage buttons for controlling the hoist (up/down – 2NO each pair) and horizontal movement (left/right – 2NO each pair). This configuration allows for precise and safe operation of the device. Designed for applications related to lowering and lifting loads, it is ideal for workshops, production halls and other places where remote control of cranes is required.

Construction and parameters

Made of high-quality plastic, the box is characterized by compact dimensions – 80 mm wide, 305 mm high and 69 mm deep. This ensures easy installation in limited space. The continuous rated current Iu is 10 A, and the rated operating current Ie for AC-15 (at 400/500 V) is 1.6 A – making it suitable for operating devices with moderate power consumption. The availability of two speeds allows you to adjust the work pace to current needs. In addition, the box meets the requirements of PN EN 60204-32, PN EN 60947-1, PN-EN 60947-5-1 and PN-EN 60947-5-5 standards, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards. The cross-section of the connecting wires is 2× 1...2.5 mm² (solid) or 2× 0.75...1.5 mm² (stranded), which facilitates integration with the existing electrical installation. The yellow housing provides good visibility and identification of the box in an industrial environment.
