This PKS-6\W06 hoist control box is the central control point for cranes and other devices requiring precise and safe maneuvering. Designed for both professional installers and end-users, it provides reliable operation in demanding industrial conditions. Equipped with a safety button (1NC) and two-stage hoist up/down buttons (2NO) and single-stage left/right buttons (1NO), it offers full control over movement.

Functionality and Construction

The box is made of durable plastic, guaranteeing resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. The IP65 protection rating ensures sealing against dust and water jets, enabling operation in harsh environmental conditions. A width of 80 mm, a depth of 69 mm, and a height of 305 mm make the box compact and easy to install. Designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +70°C, making it ideal for outdoor and unheated environments.

Safety and Performance

A key element of this box is the safety button with one normally closed contact (1NC). In the event of a failure or dangerous situation, pressing this button immediately disconnects the circuit, minimizing the risk of damage or injury. The rated operating current Ie for AC-15, 600 V is 1.6 A, allowing control of devices with moderate power. Two speed levels allow precise adjustment of the work pace to current needs. The design of the box also includes short-circuit protection of the connector tracks using a 10A fuse and resistance to vibrations and shocks – all to ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation.
