This SP22-2KL-20-230-LED\B/CZ double-key control button is a solid solution for industrial and other applications. Construction and user parameters

The button is characterized by a 22 mm mounting hole diameter and an IP65 protection degree, which guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress. Made of durable plastic, the front ring provides an aesthetic appearance and additional protection. The round lens shape makes it easy to identify and operate. Designed for mounting in 22 mm x 22 mm openings, it offers a wide range of applications in various types of control panels.

The button is designed to operate with a rated insulation voltage Ui of 500 V and rated continuous currents Iu/Ith up to 10 A. In the AC-15 category, it can operate with a rated switching current Ie up to 2.5 A (at 230 V) and 1.6 A (at 400/500 V). In DC-13 circuits, the parameters are 4 A (at 24 V), 1 A (at 110 V) and 0.25 A (at 220 V), respectively. Short-circuit protection of the switching paths is provided by a 10 A fuse, and the expected short-circuit current for Ue=500 V is 1 kA.

Durability and resistance to external factors

The construction of this button has been tested for mechanical durability (up to 3 million switching cycles) and electrical durability (up to 0.2 million cycles at rated parameters). Additionally, it meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-1. It is resistant to vibrations (±1 mm amplitude at frequencies from 2 to 13 Hz and from 2 to 100 Hz with acceleration ±0.7 g) and shocks (peak acceleration up to 15 g with an impulse duration of 11 ms). Designed to operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures (-40°C to +70°C) and storage temperatures (-40°C to +70°C), and is also resistant to cyclic damp heat and cyclic salt mist. The cross-section of the connection wires is from 2×1 mm² to 2×2.5 mm² for solid wires or from 2×0.75 mm² to 2×1.5 mm² for stranded wires.
