Universal installation kit with switch – reliability and safety

This installation kit, equipped with a 16A, 3P+N circuit breaker, is a ready-made solution for safe and convenient power supply to devices in outdoor conditions. Designed for both professional installers and end-users, it combines a solid construction, functionality and compliance with applicable standards.

Construction and protection

The kit is characterized by a high degree of protection IP44, which means resistance to splashing water and dust. Thanks to this, it is ideal for outdoor use, in gardens, construction sites or workshops. The durable housing protects the internal components from mechanical damage and weather conditions. The class C circuit breaker provides effective protection of the circuit against overload and short circuit – it reacts quickly to sudden current surges, but is also resistant to short-term loads, e.g. when starting devices with a motor. This is crucial for the reliable operation of the installation.

Installation and application

The kit is easy to install thanks to the M25 cable gland, which allows convenient introduction of power cables. The cross-section of the connection cables is 2.5…6 mm², which provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate cables. The power supply to the sockets is via the circuit breaker, which increases safety. The kit complies with PN-EN 61439-3 and PN-EN 61439-1 standards, which confirms its high quality and safety. Additionally, it meets the requirements of Directive 2011/65/EU RoHS – does not contain substances harmful to the environment. Protection class II guarantees additional safety for users.

The kit is characterized by a rated insulation voltage of 500 V, a maximum rated current of the kit up to 32 A and a rated frequency in the range of 50-60 Hz. It is adapted to operate at a rated connection voltage of 230/400 V and withstands an impulse voltage of up to 6 kV. It is equipped with a cable gland with a size of M25×1.5 and its weight is in the range of 0.8…1.2 kg. It provides a degree of protection IP44 and has protection class II.
