Construction and application

The ZI3 installation kit is characterized by an ergonomic design that facilitates assembly and connection of wires. It has a main socket with a rated current of 32A and a 1-phase side socket, standardly located on the right side of the housing (a version with a socket on the left side can be ordered – by adding the letter "L" to the designation). This allows you to connect additional devices without the need for extension cords. The power supply to the sockets is via a convenient terminal strip.

The kit's construction is designed to provide a high degree of protection – IP44, which means resistance to splashing water and foreign objects. This makes the kit perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, in places exposed to moisture. This is particularly important in workshops, production halls or construction sites.

Parameters and compliance with standards

The ZI3 kit is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its durability and reliability. Connection cables with a cross-section from 2.5 to 6 mm² ensure a safe connection to the electrical installation. The rated insulation voltage is 500V, and the rated connection voltage is 230/400V. The impulse voltage withstand is 6kV. Protection class II provides additional safety.

The kit meets the requirements of PN-EN 61439-3 and PN-EN 61439-1 standards, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. Additionally, the product is compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, which means it does not contain substances hazardous to the environment. The weight of the kit is between 0.8 and 1.2 kg.
