This installation kit, designated ZI26\R121, is a robust solution for connecting electrical devices in places exposed to difficult atmospheric and mechanical conditions. Equipped with an M25 cable gland, it ensures the tightness of connections and protection against moisture and dust – IP65/IP67 protection class guarantees reliable operation even in extreme situations. Rated current of 16A and 3P+PE configuration make it a universal choice for powering various equipment.

The kit is designed for ease of installation and use. The housing made of durable plastic protects the internal components from damage, and the compact dimensions (170 mm high, 100 mm wide and 160 mm deep) facilitate installation even in limited spaces. The construction based on the cam connector ŁK16R functions as an L-O-P disconnector, allowing safe disconnection of the power supply if necessary.

Construction features and application

ZI installation kits, manufactured by Spamel, comply with PN-EN 61439-3 and PN-EN 61439-1 standards, which confirms their high quality and safety of use. They are intended for use both in industrial conditions and in residential construction – they are ideal for outdoor use, in workshops, on construction sites or in agricultural farms. Thanks to the IP67 degree of protection (in selected versions), the kit is resistant to short-term immersion in water, making it particularly useful in places exposed to flooding.

It is worth noting the possibility of connecting cables with a cross-section of 2.5…4 mm², which provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate cables. The kit is adapted for wall mounting and has universal M25×1.5 cable glands ensuring a tight introduction of cables. Additionally, the housing material – plastic – guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation. The rated insulation voltage Ui is 500V and the rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp is 6kV.
