The ZI3 installation kit is a comprehensive solution for connecting electrical devices in places exposed to moisture, dust and other external factors. Equipped with a 32A 3P+N+PE circuit breaker, it provides not only ease of use but, above all, safety for the installation and connected receivers. It is ideal for use on construction sites, in industry, and in agricultural farms.

Construction and protection

The kit is designed for durability and reliability. The housing with IP65/IP67 protection rating guarantees complete protection against water jets and dust, making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications. Protection class II further increases safety. Durable materials and a solid construction ensure long-term operation even in harsh conditions.

The power supply to the sockets is via a 32A circuit breaker, which effectively protects the circuit against overload and short circuit - like most circuit breakers in this class. Connection cables with a cross-section from 2.5 to 6 mm² provide flexibility during installation and adaptation to different needs. A cable gland M32x1.5 is dedicated to 32A kits. The kit meets the requirements of PN-EN 61439-3 and PN-EN 61439-1 standards, confirming its compliance with applicable safety standards. Additionally, the product is compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, which means it does not contain harmful substances.

Functionality and installation

ZI kits are characterized by a modern and ergonomic design. The main 32A socket and the possibility of mounting additional side sockets (single-phase) facilitate connection and increase the functionality of the kit. The side socket is standardly mounted on the right side of the housing, however, it is possible to order a version with the socket on the left side - just add the letter "L" to the product symbol (e.g. ZI36R441L). Installation is simple and intuitive thanks to the well-thought-out design and access to the terminals.
