Design and application

The SP22-KLZ-10-24-BA9S\CZ-4 button has a single control position and a round lens. Its construction ensures reliable operation even in harsh conditions. Designed for a rated insulation voltage Ui of 500V, the continuous rated current Iu is 10A, and the switching current in AC-15 category is 2.5A (at 230V) and 1.6A (at 400/500V). In the DC-13 category, the button withstands a current of 4A (at 24V), 1A (at 110V) and 0.25A (at 220V). This makes it suitable for controlling various electrical circuits.

Durability and safety

The button is designed for long-term operation. It has a high mechanical durability – up to 3 million switching cycles and a switching durability of 0.2 million cycles at rated parameters. Additionally, it meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-1 standards. Short-circuit protection of the switching element requires the use of a 10A fast-blow fuse or an expected short-circuit current for Ue=500 V at 1kA. The button is vibration and shock resistant, as confirmed by tests in accordance with IEC standards. The ability to operate in a wide temperature range (-40°C to +70°C) makes it a universal solution for many applications.
