This flush-mounted device, known as a fire alarm button OP1, is a key element of the fire alarm system. Designed for both commercial and public applications, it provides a quick and effective alarm activation in case of a threat. Made of durable plastic, resistant to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors (IP65 protection class), it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. A hammer for breaking the glass is also included in the set.

Design and functionality

The OP1-W02-B\20-230-M is a flush-mounted model with a normally open contact. This means that after breaking the glass, it is necessary to manually press the button to activate the alarm – type B according to PN-EN 54-11 standard. It is also equipped with a signaling LED powered by 230VAC voltage, which indicates alarm activation. The red color of the housing ensures high visibility in emergency situations.

The device has a protective glass that prevents accidental activation of the alarm, while enabling a quick response in the event of a real threat. The cross-section of the connecting wires is 1…2.5 mm² for solid wires and 0.75…1.5 mm² for stranded wires. The rated insulation voltage is 500V, and the rated continuous current is 10A.
