Manual fire alarm – reliable protection for your installation

This surface-mounted, red fire alarm button OP1 is a key element of the fire alarm system. Designed for both industrial and public buildings, it allows for manual activation of the alarm in case of a detected hazard. Made of durable plastic, weather-resistant (IP65), it ensures reliable operation even in harsh conditions. Model OP1-W01-B\21-M is equipped with a hammer for breaking the glass, making it easier to activate the alarm in emergency situations.

Functionality and construction

The OP1 alarm is characterized by its versatility – it is available in versions with different combinations of connectors (normally closed and normally open), allowing it to be adapted to the specifics of the installation. Thanks to this, the alarm signal can be effectively transmitted to the control panel or other warning devices. The construction with protective glass prevents accidental activation of the alarm, while allowing for quick action in the event of a real threat.

It is worth noting the possibility of mounting a signaling diode, which additionally informs about the activation of the alarm. The device meets the requirements of the PN-EN 54-11 standard and has a CNBOP-PIB approval certificate, which guarantees its compliance with applicable regulations and high quality of workmanship. The button has 2NO + 1NC contacts (two normally open and one normally closed), providing flexibility in connecting to various alarm systems.

Installation and application

Surface mounting simplifies installation, and compact dimensions (113 x 113 x 52 mm) allow it to be placed in various locations – corridors, halls, offices or warehouses. Connection cables with a cross-section of 1…2.5 mm² (solid core) or 0.75…1.5 mm² (stranded) ensure a solid electrical connection. Remember to choose the appropriate button type (A or B) depending on your needs – type A only requires breaking the glass, while type B requires additionally pressing the button after breaking the glass.
