This miniature limit switch with lever and roller is a robust solution for industrial and automation applications. Functionality and technical parameters

The switch is characterized by snap-action contacts, which means that there is a brief interruption of the circuit during switching. Designed for safety circuits (for safety circuits: true), it has two switchable contacts – one normally open and one normally closed – allowing for flexible configuration of control circuits. The rated operating current is 5A for AC-15 at 24V and 230V, as well as 5A for DC-13 at 24V, 0.2A for DC-13 at 230V and 0.4A for DC-13 at 125V. The IP65 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and moisture, allowing operation in harsh environmental conditions. The sensor width is 17.8 mm, the height is 23.7 mm, and the length is 49.6 mm. The operating temperature is in the range of -25°C to 80°C.

Mounting and application

Thanks to the universal type of electrical connection (Other), the switch can be easily integrated with existing installations. Its cuboid housing facilitates mounting, and the non-automatic reset ensures stable switch position retention. It is ideal for use in machines and equipment requiring precise control and a high level of safety – e.g. in monitoring systems, production lines or industrial automation equipment.
