The SP22 button features a high degree of protection IP65, which means it is dustproof and water-resistant. This is crucial in harsh industrial conditions where it is exposed to external factors. Made of durable materials, including a plastic front ring, it ensures long-lasting and reliable operation. The mounting hole diameter is 22 mm, and the hole width is also 22 mm, making it easy to integrate with existing control panels.

Construction and operating parameters

The button is designed with safety and efficiency in mind. The rated insulation voltage Ui is 500 V, and the rated switching current Ie in category AC-15 is 2.5 A at 230 V and 4 A at 24 V in category DC-13. This makes it suitable for controlling various electrical circuits. The connection wires can have a cross-section from 1 to 2.5 mm² (solid) or from 0.75 to 1.5 mm² (stranded). The button meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-1, which guarantees its compliance with applicable safety standards.

Additionally, this button is resistant to vibrations and mechanical shocks and has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. The built-in LED with a power of up to 1.6 W (depending on the version – AC/DC or UNI) provides clear indication of the device status even in low light conditions.
