Industrial safety button

This red safety button, with a diameter of 22 mm, is designed for mounting in control panels and machines. Its mushroom shape and clear color ensure easy identification and quick response in emergency situations. The construction with a red button and gray front ring meets safety and ergonomics requirements.

Solid construction and high resistance

The button is characterized by a high degree of protection IP65, which guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress. Made of high-quality plastic, it is resistant to mechanical damage and ensures long-term reliability. Screw connection provides a secure and stable electrical connection. Suitable for operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +70°C – it will perform well even in harsh industrial conditions. Additionally, it meets the standards PN-EN 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-1, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards.

Functionality and safety

The button has one normally closed (NC) contact, which means that the circuit is normally closed. When the button is pressed, the contact opens, interrupting the circuit and triggering the safety function. Non-latching (non-resetting) requires manual return of the button to its initial position after activation – this is an additional protection against accidental restart of the machine or device. The button is designed for AC-15 usage category (2.5A at 230V and 1.6A at 400/500V) and DC-13 (4A at 24V, 1A at 110V and 0.25A at 220V). Short-circuit protection of the switching paths is 10A (with a fast-blow fuse insert).
