The SP22-SD sounder is a complementary element to control and signaling systems, ideally cooperating with SP22 control buttons and signal lamps. Its main task is to generate a clear sound signal, informing about a change in the device's status or the need for intervention. It will be useful wherever additional acoustic confirmation of an event is required.

The device is primarily intended for signaling systems where fast and effective information transmission is essential. Thanks to its compact size and simple installation, it can be easily integrated with existing installations. The SP22-SD sounder finds application in:

Operating parameters and construction

The sounder operates at 24AC voltage, making it compatible with a wide range of electrical installations. It generates a continuous signal with an intensity of 80 dB, ensuring clear audibility even in environments with increased noise levels. Connection wires with a cross-section of 1…2.5 mm² (solid) or 0.75…1.5 mm² (stranded) allow easy connection to the circuit. The housing provides IP20 protection – protects against touching with fingers and larger solid bodies. The carrier frequency of the signal is in the range of 4…5 kHz. The current consumption is 7.5 mA at 24AC power supply.
