TH-35 Zero Bar for electrical switchboard expansion

The TH-35 zero bar is used for mounting PE (protective earth) and N (neutral) conductors in low-voltage installations. It is made of MO 58 Z4 brass flat bar with a cross-section of 6 × 10 mm.

Design and connection capabilities

The device is equipped with 16 screw terminals. The system includes 14 terminals designed for DY conductors with a diameter up to 10 mm² and 2 additional terminals for larger cross-section conductors up to 25 mm².

The green finish of the bar complies with the international standard for identifying protective (PE) and neutral (N) conductors, facilitating identification during installation and maintenance work.

Mounting and system compatibility

The bar is designed for mounting on a standard TH-35 DIN rail, allowing integration with most electrical switchboards available on the market. Installation is performed using a dedicated plastic base.

The assembly process is completed by a special M4 × 8 screw, which enables a durable connection between the bar and the base.

Operating parameters and operational safety

The device operates at a nominal voltage of 230 V, making it suitable for standard single-phase installations as well as a component of multi-phase systems.

The brass construction of the bar is characterized by natural resistance to electrochemical corrosion, which is particularly important in environments with high humidity or the presence of aggressive chemical substances. The MO 58 Z4 brass surface maintains stable electrical parameters over a long service life, minimizing the risk of increased contact resistance and overheating of connections.
