Zero busbar TH-35 16/25 blue 5907810560067
Zero busbar for low voltage installations
This blue TH-35 16/25 zero busbar, manufactured by STAN-MET, is a key element of any electrical installation. It is used for safe and orderly mounting of protective (PE) and neutral (N) conductors on a TH-35 rail. Its construction ensures a solid connection and minimizes the risk of conductors loosening, which translates to the reliability of the entire system.
Construction and mounting
The busbar is made of MO 58 Z4 brass flat bar with a cross-section of 6 x 10 mm, which guarantees good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. It has 14 terminals for DY conductors with a diameter of up to 10 mm², and 2 terminals for DY conductors up to 16 mm². Mounting is done using a dedicated plastic base, attached to the TH-35 rail with an M4 x 8 screw. This mounting method is quick, simple and does not require specialized tools.
Application and benefits
The zero busbar is indispensable in electrical distribution boards, connection boxes and other elements of electrical installations. It allows for correct connection of protective and neutral conductors, which is crucial for ensuring the safety of use. Thanks to it, the installer can easily and quickly create a clear and organized connection layout, and the end user gains confidence in the safe operation of the installation. The use of brass ensures durability and resistance to environmental conditions - the busbar will last for years without losing its properties.
- Versatility: The ability to connect wires of different diameters (up to 10 mm² and up to 16 mm²) increases the range of applications.
- Solid construction: Made of MO 58 Z4 brass guarantees durability and corrosion resistance.
- Easy mounting: Quick and simple mounting on a TH-35 rail using standard fixing elements.
- Safety: Ensures correct connection of protective and neutral conductors, minimizing the risk of electric shock.
- Organization: Allows for aesthetic and clear arrangement of wires in a distribution board or connection box.
