Neutral/zero bars for mounting on DIN rails
Neutral/zero bars are a key element of every electrical switchboard, enabling the safe and orderly routing of protective and neutral conductors. The TH-35 model has been specifically designed for mounting on standard DIN rails.
The product features a universal design, which allows for the simultaneous connection of different types of conductors - both thinner ones with a cross-section up to 10 mm², and thicker ones up to 16 mm². Such flexibility eliminates the need for additional intermediate elements and simplifies the entire installation.
High-quality construction and materials
The bar body is made of MO 58 Z4 brass flat bar with a cross-section of 6 × 10 mm, which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Brass ensures high electrical conductivity and the durability of connections.
11 screw terminals are ergonomically arranged along the entire length of the bar, providing easy access to every connection. Two larger terminals are intended for conductors with a larger cross-section (up to 16 mm²), while the remaining nine will handle standard conductors up to 10 mm². This distribution allows for optimal connection planning without unnecessary crowding.
Mounting and system compatibility
Mounting is performed using a dedicated base made of high-quality plastic, which ensures stable fastening on the DIN rail. The entire assembly is screwed together with a standard M4 × 8 screw, guaranteeing a durable and secure connection resistant to vibrations and oscillations occurring in typical operating conditions.
The design is fully compatible with standard TH/THQ DIN rails, meaning it can be mounted in practically any switchboard or enclosure equipped with this popular mounting system. Thanks to its compact dimensions (20 × 30 × 70 mm) and low weight (40 g), the bar does not excessively load the rail or take up valuable space inside the switchboard.
Practical applications and user benefits
Green insulation color facilitates the identification of the bar's function according to widely accepted color standards in electrical engineering (green = grounding/protection), significantly speeding up service work and minimizing the risk of incorrect connection during modernization or repair.
The flexibility of the design proves effective when building new installations, where the ability to select conductor cross-sections allows for optimal matching to the actual needs of the circuit, without the need to use additional reduction or transition elements.
