Internal fire hydrant – reliable fire protection

This suspended internal fire hydrant DN52 is a comprehensive solution for fire protection in buildings. Equipped with a 20-meter flat-folded hose and a camlock coupling, it provides quick and effective access to a water source in the event of a hazard. The universal design allows for both left and right-hand mounting, increasing installation flexibility. The hydrant cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet metal in red RAL3000, guaranteeing durability and an aesthetic appearance.

Construction and characteristic features

The hydrant is distinguished by its solid construction and high quality workmanship. A key element is the compression fitting with an aluminum sleeve, which, unlike traditional wire solutions, provides exceptional durability and tightness of connections. The 52 mm diameter flat-folded hose is convenient to use and easy to unfold. The hydrant nozzle PWh-52, compliant with PN-EN-671-2, ensures effective water stream distribution. The whole is enclosed in a durable cabinet with a depth of 180 mm, adapted for easy wall mounting.

Application and operating parameters

The hydrant is intended for use inside buildings, providing fire protection in areas with increased risk. Thanks to the wide range of working pressure (from 0.2 to 0.7 MPa), the hydrant can be connected to various water installations. The hydrant capacity at a pressure of 0.4 MPa is as high as 244 l/min for a diffused stream and 220 l/min for a solid stream. The "Hydrant" mark compliant with PN-EN ISO 7010:2012 and the information plate compliant with PN-EN 671-2 ensure clear identification and ease of operation. The set also includes a mounting and maintenance manual and a warranty card.

At a pressure of 0.2 MPa, the flow rate for a diffused stream is 172 l/min, and for a solid stream 155 l/min. At a pressure of 0.6 MPa, respectively: 299 l/min and 270 l/min. Hydrant dimensions: height 520 mm, width 390 mm, depth 180 mm.
