Side-mounted, right-hand DN25 hydrant is a comprehensive solution for fire protection in buildings. Equipped with a 30-meter semi-rigid hose and a padlock, it provides quick and effective access to a water source in the event of a threat. The hydrant's construction is based on a solid steel cabinet painted red (RAL3000), which guarantees durability and an aesthetic appearance.

Construction and key elements

The hydrant consists of several key components that ensure its reliable operation:

• Brass hydrant valve: fi 25 – guarantees smooth and trouble-free opening of the water supply. The brass valve is a proven element, resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage.
• Semi-rigid delivery hose: 30 meters long, compliant with PN-EN 694, facilitates maneuvering and quick extinguishing of the fire. The semi-rigid hose construction minimizes the risk of kinks and obstructions in water flow.
• Hose reel: swingable by 180° with a water axis and a winding force regulator – ensures smooth and controlled unwinding of the hose during fire fighting operations.
• Hydrant nozzle PWh-25: compliant with PN-EN-671-1, permanently connected to the hose, allows for effective directing of the water jet to the source of the fire.
• Padlock: with a spare key – protects the hydrant from unauthorized access and ensures its readiness for use in any situation.
• Hydrant cabinet: made of steel sheet painted with facade polyester paint – protects the hydrant elements from weather conditions and mechanical damage.

Application and compliance with standards

The hydrant is intended for internal mounting in public, industrial and multi-family residential buildings. It meets the requirements of the following standards:

• PN-EN 694 (delivery hose)
• PN-EN-671-1 (hydrant nozzle)
• PN-92/N-01256/01 (labeling)
• PN-EN 671-1 (information plate)

Additionally, the hydrant has "Hydrant" marking and an information plate in accordance with applicable regulations. All connections are threaded - the lack of clamp bands increases the tightness and reliability of the installation. The dimensions of the hydrant are height 650 mm, width 700 mm and depth 250 mm.
