The 2115 safety valve is a reliable device designed to protect pressurized systems filled with liquid from exceeding the permissible pressure. Its main task is to protect closed domestic hot water heaters, but it can also be used in other water installations, as well as with non-adhesive liquids with a temperature of up to 110°C. This ensures that both installers and end-users can rely on the safe and efficient operation of the system.

Construction and application

The 2115 safety valve is based on a diaphragm, which ensures precise and rapid response to pressure changes. This is particularly important in the event of sudden pressure surges that may occur during the operation of heating devices. The selection of the appropriate valve size depends on the volume of the tank or the heating power of the heat exchanger – detailed information can be found in the manufacturer's data sheet. These valves can be used in installations with a mixture of water and glycol, but the glycol content should not exceed 50%. Standard versions (2115) and versions with a replaceable stainless steel seat (2115N) are available, which increases their reliability and lifespan. Replacing the seat in the N version is simple and can be done with a special service key.
