Construction and properties

The LiHH cable is distinguished by its flexibility and small dimensions while maintaining high mechanical strength. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (with the possibility of tinning on request), which ensures good conductivity and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of halogen-free plastic (HFFR), and the insulation colors comply with DIN VDE 47100, which facilitates the identification of individual cores during installation. The cores are twisted in layers in the center, and the whole is surrounded by a halogen-free plastic coating (HFFR) in gray RAL 7001 – other colors are also available on request.

Thanks to its construction, this cable is suitable for both permanent laying and movable connections, e.g. inside railway or tram vehicles. It is a universal solution for a wide spectrum of industrial and construction applications.
