The LiYCY-P 3x2x1.5 gray control cable is a reliable solution for signal transmission in control, signaling, monitoring, and measurement systems. This cable, manufactured by TECHNOKABEL S.A., performs excellently in industrial electronics and automation installations, enabling the transmission of both analog and digital signals. Its twisted pair construction minimizes mutual interference between signals and reduces the impact of external disturbances.

Construction and application

The LiYCY-P cable features a carefully designed construction that ensures high flexibility while maintaining mechanical strength. It consists of flexible, multi-stranded copper conductors (tin-plated upon request), insulated with insulating PVC in colors compliant with DIN VDE 47100. The conductors are twisted into pairs and then bundled around a polyester tape wrap. The entire assembly is protected by a shield of tin-plated copper wires and an outer PVC sheath in RAL 7001 gray color.

This cable is designed for fixed installation as well as for moving connections within buildings. It also performs well in environments exposed to oils. It may additionally be used to supply small loads, provided that allowable current ratings are respected.
