Control and power supply cable

LiYCY-P-Nr 0.6/1 kV control cable is a flexible, shielded solution designed for use in control, safety and control systems, as well as for supplying electrical power. The construction with twisted pairs minimizes the mutual influence between signals, which translates into stability and reliability of data transmission. A common shield effectively protects against electromagnetic interference both inside and outside the cable.

This cable is suitable for both fixed installations and movable connections inside buildings. It exhibits good resistance to oil, which expands its range of applications.

Construction and design features

The key to the cable's durability and functionality is its carefully designed construction:

• Conductors: flexible, stranded, made of soft copper wires (optionally tinned), class 5 according to PN-EN 60228 – this ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending.
• Insulation: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation in colors according to DIN VDE 47100 standard (in TECHNOFLEKS LiYCY-P 0.6/1 kV version) or black and brown with white numbering of the pair (in TECHNOFLEKS LiYCY-P-Nr 0.6/1 kV version) – facilitates identification of conductors during installation.
• Twisted pairs: insulated conductors twisted in pairs, then in a core – this reduces interference and increases resistance to noise.
• Shield: braid of tinned copper wires with high coverage density – provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference.
• Sheath: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath in gray RAL 7001 color (other colors available on request) – protects the cable against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors.

The cable has 10 conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², which allows for the transmission of many signals simultaneously.
