The YSLY-JZ 0.6/1 kV control cable is a versatile solution designed for use in control, safety, steering and power systems. Its flexible construction makes installation and routing in tight spaces easier.

This cable is characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to external conditions. The black polyvinyl coating protects against UV radiation and the effects of oils, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm² and a 4-core configuration provide adequate performance for various applications.

Construction and application

YSLY-JZ cables are distinguished by a carefully designed structure:

• Cores: flexible, stranded, twisted from soft copper wires (optionally tinned), class 5 according to PN-EN 60228 – this ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue.
• Insulation: polyvinyl (PVC) insulation with color-coded cores – facilitates identification of individual wires during installation. In YSLY-JZ cables, the protective core is green-yellow.
• Core: twisted layers of insulated cores form a compact core – this increases the mechanical strength of the cable.
• Sheath: black polyvinyl outer sheath (PVC) – provides protection against external factors and mechanical damage.
