The YSLY-JZ cable is a proven choice for installations in dry and humid environments where flexibility and durability are required. It is perfect for control, safety, and steering systems, as well as for powering electrical devices in industrial installations – from production lines to air conditioning units. Its flexibility makes it easy to route in tight spaces and dynamic applications.

This cable is characterized by a construction that ensures high reliability. Made of multi-wire copper conductors, twisted together, with PVC insulation, it offers good resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The gray outer PVC coating provides additional protection and an aesthetic appearance. The conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² in a 12-core configuration allows for the transmission of sufficient current for many applications.

Construction and properties

The construction of the YSLY-JZ cable is designed for easy installation and long-term operation:

• Cores: Multi-wire, twisted with soft copper wires (tinning option available).
• Insulation: PVC insulation with color-coded cores (black with white numbers). In YSLY-JZ cables, there is a green-yellow protective conductor.
• Sheath: PVC outer sheath in gray RAL 7001 – resistant to oils.
• Flexibility: Special construction provides high flexibility, making it easy to lay the cable even in difficult conditions.
• Durability: Robust mechanical construction guarantees long-term operation without failure.

Special versions are also available:

• YSLY-JZ OR: Resistant to frequent contact with petroleum-based materials – ideal for gas stations or fuel warehouses.
• HSLH-JZ: Halogen-free – increased fire safety due to limited emission of smoke and corrosive gases during combustion.
