Construction and application

YSLY-JZ 300/500 V cables are characterized by a construction that provides high flexibility and mechanical resistance. They are ideal for use in dry and humid environments, in control, safety and automation systems. They will work in production lines, air conditioning installations and other industrial applications. Made of twisted copper wires, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), these cables are resistant to oils and greases. The cores are arranged twisted in layers in the center, and the whole is surrounded by a coating of rubberized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in gray RAL 7001.

Special versions of YSLY-JZ OR cables are also available, designed for operation in conditions of frequent contact with petroleum-based materials (e.g. gas stations). In addition, halogen-free HSLH-JZ cables are offered, which increase fire safety due to limited emission of smoke and corrosive gases during combustion. These cables are twisted, which further increases their resistance to mechanical damage during assembly and use. The outer diameter of the cable is 7mm, which makes it easier to route through pipes or cable ducts.
