Control cable YSLY-JZ – reliability and flexibility in installations

The YSLY-JZ 7x1.0 control cable is a versatile solution for use in control, safety and power systems. Designed for use in dry and humid indoor environments, it performs well in both industrial and residential installations. Its flexible construction simplifies installation and ensures mechanical strength, which is crucial for frequent bending and movement.

YSLY-JZ cables are characterized by good resistance to oils, making them an ideal choice for industrial environments exposed to lubricants. The use of seven cores with a cross-section of 1 mm² allows for efficient transmission of control and power signals.

Construction and characteristic features

The YSLY-JZ cable consists of stranded copper cores twisted together for better flexibility. Each core is insulated with PVC insulation, and the colors of the insulation make it easier to identify individual wires. The outer sheath made of PVC sheathing provides protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.

Additionally, special versions of YSLY-JZ OR cables are available for use in conditions of frequent contact with petroleum materials (e.g. petrol stations). Halogen-free HSLH-JZ versions provide greater fire safety by limiting the emission of smoke and corrosive gases during combustion.
