This fire-resistant power cable (N)HXCH FE180 PH90/E90 0.6/1 kV, manufactured by TECHNOKABEL S.A., is designed for installations requiring the highest level of fire safety. Construction and properties

The cable features an advanced construction that guarantees reliability and fire resistance. It consists of:

• Copper conductors: made of soft stranded (RE) or solid (RM) wires in accordance with PN-EN 60228, ensuring excellent conductivity and flexibility.
• Cross-linked silicone rubber insulation: providing high thermal and chemical resistance. Insulation colors comply with PN-HD 308 or are marked with white numbers on a black background.
• Halogen-free filling layer: minimizing the emission of toxic gases in case of fire.
• Coaxial screen: composed of bare copper wires and a copper tape anti-twist spiral, ensuring protection against electromagnetic interference.
• Halogen-free outer sheath (HFFR): with HM4 properties according to PN-HD 604 S1, offering UV resistance and minimizing flame spread and toxic gas emission. The sheath color is orange for easy identification.

Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the cable meets stringent fire safety standards – it does not propagate flame, and the emitted smoke has low toxicity and contains no corrosive substances.
