A key feature of TECHNOFLAME cables is their ability to maintain electrical functionality for 90 minutes under fire conditions—sufficient time for evacuation and fire suppression efforts. Made from high-quality halogen-free materials, the cable does not emit toxic gases during combustion, further enhancing user safety. Construction Features and Benefits for Installers

The cable contains four cores with a cross-section of 50 mm², made from soft copper strands (compliant with PN-EN 60228). The core insulation is made from specially cross-linked silicone rubber or mica tape with added halogen-free compound, ensuring high flexibility and ease of installation. The stranded cores are surrounded by a halogen-free filling compound and protected by an outer sheath of HFFR material (meeting HM4 properties per PN-HD 604 S1) in orange color—facilitating easy identification within the installation. Note that this model has no screen or protective conductor. The cable’s design minimizes the risk of mechanical damage during installation and ensures long-term reliable performance.
