Fire resistance and material properties

The cable exhibits high fire resistance thanks to its halogen-free insulation and sheathing. This ensures continued electrical functionality for 90 minutes (PH90/E90), which is essential for fire protection systems—including water pumps, smoke extraction fans, emergency lighting, and fireman elevators. Additionally, the cable does not propagate flame, emits low-toxicity smoke, and contains no corrosive substances. The outer sheath, made of HFFR (Highly Flame Retardant) material, provides enhanced protection against environmental factors and UV radiation.

Construction and application

The cable is constructed with flexible copper conductors (compliant with PN-EN 60228), facilitating installation and ensuring flexibility. Conductors are insulated with cross-linked halogen-free compound and layered twisted into a core. The cable filling is made of halogen-free material, and the entire assembly is covered with an orange HFFR sheath for easy identification. This cable is suitable for permanent installation both indoors and outdoors. Installation in water or soil requires additional moisture protection. The product is certified by the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection – PIB in Józefów, confirming compliance with the highest safety standards.
