This three-core power cable with a cross-section of 70 mm² is designed for installations requiring the highest level of fire safety. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent standards for fire resistance and emission of harmful substances during a fire. Ideal for use in public buildings, tunnels, hospitals and other facilities where uninterrupted power supply in emergency situations is crucial.
Construction and properties
The NHXH-J FE180 PH90/E90 cable stands out with its advanced construction ensuring reliable operation even in extreme conditions. Its structure includes:
- Cores: Made of soft copper strands, compliant with PN-EN 60228 standard (available in RE – solid core and RM – stranded version). This ensures flexibility and ease of installation.
- Insulation: Made of cross-linked halogen-free plastic, guaranteeing high resistance to temperature and chemical factors. The insulation colors of the cores are compliant with PN-HD 308 standard or marked with white numbers on a black background. In the NHXH-J cable, the protective green-yellow core is located in the outer layer.
- Core: Stranded cores layered in a core for better protection against mechanical damage.
- Filling: Filling layer made of halogen-free material, stabilizing the cable structure.
- Sheath: Made of halogen-free material (HFFR) with HM4 properties according to PN-HD 604 S1, providing minimal emission of smoke and toxic gases in case of fire and resistance to UV radiation. The sheath color is orange for easy identification.
