Construction and properties

The cable is designed for installations in public buildings such as hospitals, shopping centers, subway tunnels or stadiums. Its construction guarantees functionality for 90 minutes in the event of a fire (PH90/E90), which is crucial for maintaining the operation of safety systems – fire pumps, ventilation, emergency lighting or fire elevators. The use of halogen-free materials minimizes the emission of toxic gases during combustion, increasing user safety.

The cable consists of:

• Copper conductors: made of soft strands (class 2) or solid wires (class 1) according to PN-EN 60228, providing good conductivity and flexibility.
• Insulation: made of cross-linked halogen-free material, resistant to high temperatures and external factors. The insulation colors of the conductors are in accordance with PN-HD 308 or black with white numbers. In the NHXH-J version, the protective green-yellow conductor is located in the outer layer.
• Filling compound: made of a halogen-free material, providing additional mechanical and electrical protection.
• Outer sheath: made of HFFR (Highly Flame Retardant) material, with HM4 properties according to PN-HD 604 S1, characterized by high fire resistance and low smoke emission. The orange color makes it easy to identify the cable.
