It is intended for permanent connections in alarm, signaling, teletransmission, audio warning systems (DSS), and data transmission in industrial electronics and automation installations. This cable is especially recommended for facilities with stringent fire safety requirements, such as fire alarm and fire protection automation systems.

The key feature of this cable is its proven fire resistance, certified by the Certificate of Conformity and Permit issued by the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection – PIB in Józefów. Manufactured from halogen-free materials, it minimizes the risk of toxic gas emission and corrosion during a fire, enhancing human safety and protecting expensive electronic equipment. In emergency situations, these cables maintain functionality, ensuring uninterrupted data transmission and continuous power supply to critical devices such as emergency lighting—even during fire and firefighting operations.

The HTKSH FE180 PH90/E30-E90 cable is also resistant to water exposure in accordance with PN-EN 50200 Annex E, allowing its use in rooms equipped with fixed water-based fire suppression systems (sprinkler areas). The cable consists of 14 cores, each with a cross-section of 1 mm². The cores are made of soft copper strands, facilitating installation and ensuring flexibility. Core insulation is made of halogen-free compound, with colors conforming to PN-92/T-90321. Paired strands are protected by polyester tape, and the entire assembly is enclosed in a red halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) sheath (meeting EN 50290-2-27 and VDE 0250-214 – HM2 standards). This construction ensures high mechanical and chemical resistance.
