Construction and properties
The cable was designed with safety in mind. It is made of flexible, multi-strand copper conductors, which provide good conductivity and easy installation. Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in black color with white printing of the conductor number guarantees durability and identification of individual wires. A key element is the coating made of special rubber-like polyvinyl chloride with a raised oxygen index – the cable meets the PN-EN 60332-3 standard, which means it does not spread flames in the event of a fire.
The use of a polyester tape wrapping the cable core further strengthens its mechanical structure. This makes the cable resistant to damage and can be used in demanding working conditions. In addition, the coating is characterized by good resistance to oils.
