The TLWY ribbon cable is a flexible solution for making permanent connections in telecommunications, electronic devices, and machine control systems. Construction and key features

The TLWY cable consists of 12 flexible, multi-stranded copper conductors, twisted to enhance flexibility. Each conductor has a cross-section of 0.124 mm². Insulation for each wire is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with color-coded insulation for easy identification. The color sequence follows standard norms, but custom color arrangements are available upon request. Copper strands may be tin-plated to improve corrosion resistance.
