The YSLCY-JZ control cable is a flexible solution for installation in dry and humid environments, ideal for both professionals and end users. It is suitable for control, safety, and steering systems, as well as for powering electrical devices in industrial installations – from production lines to air conditioning. This cable is characterized by its high flexibility and mechanical strength, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term reliability.

A key feature of the cable is the presence of a screen, which minimizes the impact of electromagnetic interference on the operation of devices and prevents their emission to the outside. This is particularly important in industrial environments where there is a large amount of electrical equipment. Thanks to this, the cable ensures stable and safe operation of control systems.

Construction and properties

The YSLCY-JZ cable has been designed with durability and ease of use in mind. It consists of multi-wire, twisted copper conductors class 5 (according to PN-EN 60228), insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The conductors are twisted in layers around a core, additionally secured with a polyester tape and a screen of tinned copper wires. The whole is surrounded by a coating of PVC with a gray RAL 7001 color.

The use of flexible conductors makes the cable easy to route even in tight spaces and with complex routes. In addition, the PVC coating is characterized by good resistance to oils, which increases the range of possible applications of the cable – e.g. in gas stations or warehouses.

Parameters and compliance

The cable has a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² and consists of 7 conductors. It is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500V. The minimum insulation resistance is 20 MΩ·km and the test voltage is 3kV AC. The permissible operating temperature of the conductor is +70°C (under operating conditions) and +150°C (in the event of a short circuit). The cable meets the requirements of the PN-EN 60228 standard and has flame retardant properties. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter.
