This 0.6/1 kV YnKY power cable with a single 185 mm² conductor is a solid solution for transmitting electrical energy in demanding conditions. It is suitable for industrial plants, power plants, and local power grids. This cable is designed for permanent installation indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts, and directly in the ground.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a careful construction, ensuring long-term and safe operation. The copper conductor, available in various classes (RE, RM, SM), is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the colors of the conductor insulation comply with the PN-HD 308 standard. YnKYżo 0.6/1 kV cables include an additional green-yellow protective conductor. The strands in the core are surrounded by a black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket – other colors are also available on request. The use of polyvinyl chloride provides resistance to external factors and self-extinguishing properties of the cable, meeting the PN-EN 60332-3 standard (flame retardant).
