The YKSLYekw 0.6/1 kV control cable is an advanced solution designed for control, signaling, monitoring and data transmission systems in demanding industrial environments. Designed to work with analog and digital signals, it provides stable and secure communication in automation and electronics installations. This cable is particularly useful where protection against electromagnetic interference is essential.

Construction and application

The YKSLYekw cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of 14 flexible, stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², which are twisted together. Each conductor is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in colors according to DIN VDE 47100. A common static screen made of laminated metal foil, reinforced with a grounding conductor made of tinned copper wires, effectively protects against external interference and emission of interference. The whole is surrounded by a black coating of rubberized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), resistant to oil exposure.
