This shielded YnKSLYekw (C) 0.6 / 1 kV control / data transmission cable with a cross-section of 2x1.0 mm² is a solid solution for control systems, signaling and data transmission. It will work both in industrial installations and in automation applications. The cable is characterized by high resistance to interference and ensures safe transmission of analog and digital signals.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of the following elements:

• Conductors: flexible, stranded, twisted with soft copper wires class 5 (tinning available on request), which ensures flexibility and resistance to bending.
• Conductor insulation: made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation in colors compliant with DIN VDE 47100, facilitating conductor identification.
• Screen: a common static screen made of laminated metal foil protects against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensures the integrity of the transmitted signal. It also contains an earthing conductor for increased safety.
• Sheath: made of black, self-extinguishing PVC sheathing with an increased oxygen index, meeting the PN-EN 60332-3 standard – this ensures limitation of fire propagation in the event of a fire. The sheath is also resistant to oil.
