TECHNOKONTROL YKSLYekw-P-Nr 0.6/1 kV control cable is an advanced solution for control, protection, and automation systems, as well as for electrical power supply. Its twisted-pair construction minimizes signal interference, which is crucial in installations requiring high-precision data transmission. Shielding protects against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
This cable is characterized by high flexibility and mechanical strength, making installation easier and ensuring long-term operation even in harsh conditions. It is designed for both fixed and movable connections inside buildings. The outer sheath made of PVC provides resistance to oils, expanding the cable's range of applications.
The cable consists of flexible, multi-wire copper conductors (optionally tinned), insulated with PVC. The conductors are twisted in pairs, then layered around a core. The core is wrapped with a polyester tape for additional protection. A common static screen made of laminated metal foil, together with an earthing conductor made of tinned copper wires, provides effective protection against interference. The whole is surrounded by a black PVC sheath.
Special versions of the cable are also available:
- YKSLYekw-P-O: resistant to frequent contact with petroleum-based materials – ideal for gas stations or warehouses.
- YnKSLYekw-P-Nr: with increased flame retardancy – meets the PN-EN 60332-3 standard regarding the limitation of flame spread.
- YvKSLYekw-P-Nr: with a reinforced sheath – for outdoor installations and direct burial in the ground.
The cable has 12 conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², allowing for the transmission of a large amount of signals simultaneously. The twisted-pair construction and shielding make this cable particularly recommended for applications requiring high-quality data transmission and resistance to interference.
